I really appreciate the lead mover Roberto and his team to help me from beginning all the way to the end. The leader Roberto and his team are very polite and carefully handling my furnitures even tiny items. I highly recommend him and your company to all my friends if there is a need for moving. I loved that the same guys who packed my things were the ones who delivered them too. They were courteous, on time, respectful, very careful with my house, the walls and everything. They put down liners and protectors and wrapped my furniture really well.

Dan Shane was very professional and nice, and so easy to work with.

Angela… was very responsive through email.

The things that we liked most about Nor-Cal was: your professionalism from Angela, Dan and the crews in both San Leandro and Denver were always very careful and thorough in handling our belongings.

If you could have controlled all of the flooding in Denver that delayed this a bit it would have been nice. You did nothing wrong. Very satisfied.

In a move, we take very seriously the care of our belongings, the premises, and the crew cleaning up all of the paper and boxes at the end. NCMSS did all of that!

The two guys in Denver were especially helpful; Michael I think was the leader and I forget the other but both represented your company superbly. Angela was especially thorough and followed up very well.

I liked that all of the employees were professional and attempted to work out any of the issues we had concerning the move. All went well. I believe communication is the most important aspect of the move process, and NAVL did all of that! All were professional but I would like to say that Jim Rogers, Bev Klein, and Matt Miller were especially helpful concerning some challenges I faced. Each one of them went what I believe to be above and beyond to correct several move challenges. They were the benchmark of professionalism and are to be commended.
